thanks for your survey. usually i only do these surveys if paid, they take too much time, but this rental was exceptional in many ways which i really wish to reveal.

this is from what i wrote in the survey. also, may i add that i emailed hertz.it a couple of days before returning the car. i am still waiting for a reply…

the rental contract for the car we were given, after waiting 45 mins (gold service?) had totally different sums/total than the reserved car. this was solved when returning the car (helpful staff) the experience at check-in was trhe worst ever; no car of the kind we had booked, offered a touran (big transporter), declined, given a rather big french cab instead. just give me a german golf the next time…
